I first heard of Filter in 2007, strangely by watching The Girl Next Door. The moment I heard "Take a Picture" I was dragged into the music. I had to get more of it. So within a month of discovering Filter, I had memorized all of their songs.
In May of 2008, I saw them in concert and met Rich before and after the show. I ended up getting front row and he said hi to me on stage. This night was explosive, and I will never forget it for the rest of my life. I walked away with a picture and an autograph, and an unexplainable level of happiness.
The new album is going to be great, and don't you worry guys, I'll be the first to buy at my local Best Buy!!
