My name is Nick and I created this account for 2 reasons. One, I have always wanted to join a street team for a band I love and two, I saw the add to do so on Myspace. I am a huge fan of Richard Patrick in general. Filter is incredible and every project Richard does I am sure I will like it. Richard's incredible voice mixed with the heavy riffs or even the light melodies is the picture perfect sound. I know he is very passionate about his lyrics and what they mean, but honestly, and not in a disrespectful way, it doesn't matter to me what he's saying. His voice hooked me in immediately. Anyway, I love Filter and I am glad I am part of the team now and I can't wait to start promoting them. I am a manager of an FYE so I know this will work out pretty well.
I enjoy all different types of music, as long as it is you who actually makes the music. Creativity in my opinion is not being able to rhyme quickly. Putting your heart and soul into what your saying is key. Lyrics are good but its the vocals that make a band. I know a lot of bands out there with amazing guitar and drums but shitty vocals. Don't want to hear it. I want good vocals, whether its belting it out with a beautiful melody and an earshattering scream at the same time (Richard), or a bellowing bass roar along with beautiful melody (say breaking benjamin). I love it. If someones music can give me goosebumps then it is damm good in my book. Well here are some bands I like:
Everything Richard Patrick has done, Filter of course and especially AOA (please make a 2nd album!!!!!!!!!), Chevelle, 7M3, Collective Soul, Deff Leppard, Pearl Jam, Breaking Benjamin to name a few.......
Any comic book movie. I've never read a comic book in my life but I find the movies entertaining even the shitty ones. I actually really like family oriented movies like anything Disney or anything with animals in it. Jurassic Park in my opinion is probably the best movie ever made. I watch it at least once a month if not more. Seriously!!
Don't read much. I have to really be interested in the storyline to devote my time to sitting and just reading in complete silence. I tend to let my mind wonder and before I know it I am like 5 pages in and have no comprehension of what I just read. Some books I have read:

and I used to read a lot of R.L. Stine stuff like Goosebumps and stuff

I've been all over the U.S. and that is it. I am all for culture but I can almost guarantee that I will never leave the country and if I did it would be like Canada but even that I don't see happening. Love the US!!!!!
Things of Interest:
I play the drums in a band and on my free time. I really enjoy just jamming away on my set, coming up with beats for either the band or for the hell of it. I enjoy playing along with songs. I think it helps me be more creative. Other than that I work constantly.
